SOLICITATION OF BIDS The City of Dunbar will be accepting bids for the demolition of five dwellings located around the city. The lowest combined price will be awarded the bid. The winning bidder will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Form and follow the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988 as published in the Federal Register. The dwellings to be demolished are as follows: 209 16th St. Dunbar 1029 Lower Midway Dr. Dunbar 1761 Roxalana Rd. Dunbar 415 Westmoreland Dr Dunbar 1305 1/2 Lightner Ave. Asbestos testing has been done on all dwellings and test results will be available at the pre-bid meeting. Pre-bid meeting will be held at Dunbar City Hall Council Chambers on November 21, 2024 at 10:00 am. Bid packets will be distributed at the meeting. Bid will be due in hand December 4, 2024 before 4:00 pm. Any bids received after 4:00 pm December 4, 2024 will be rejected and not considered. All bids must be in a sealed envelope with D-LAP GRANT printed on the outside of the envelope. The City of Dunbar reserves the right to reject any and all bids at their sole discretion.
