AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Alcon Research Ltd. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a modification permit to an Optic Device Facility located at 2 Vision Lane, in Lesage, Cabell County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.57207 and -82.28468. The applicant estimates the changes in potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Nitrogen Oxides = (-0.51) tons per year (tpy) Carbon Monoxide = (-1.27 )tpy Particulate Matter-10 = 0.02 tpy Volatile Organic Compounds = 0.06 tpy Sulfur Dioxide = (-0.33) tpy Total Hazardous Air Pollutants = (-0.03) tpy Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of January 2025.
