CITY OF CHARLESTON PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at the regular meeting of the Charleston City Council, on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, 3rd Floor, City Hall, Charleston, West Virginia, on a proposed Parking Lease Agreement creating a ground lease for a City-owned parking lot containing approximately 30 parking spaces located at 1309 Smith Street and consisting of approximately 12,443 square feet to Charmco Lofts Limited Partnership. Interested parties may appear at the Public Hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed Parking Lease Agreement.
