IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF CABELL COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA Case No. CC-06-2024-P-283 NEWREZ, LLC DBA SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Petitioner, v. WASHTENAW MORTGAGE COMPANY, Respondents. AMENDED ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above action is to declare by Order, pursuant W.Va. R. Civ. P. 57 and W.Va. Code 55-13-1 et. seq., correction/confirmation of a title issue regarding certain real estate. This Amended Order is being filed to replace that certain Order dated November 19, 2024, which listed the incorrect Circuit Clerk for service. It appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Respondent, Washtenaw Mortgage Company is no longer in business and otherwise has no legal agent for service of process in the State of West Virginia. THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED that Washtenaw Mortgage Company serve upon Michael J. Woelfel, Clerk, Circuit Clerk, 750 5th Avenue, Room 114, Huntington, WV 25701, and Anthony W. Selbe, Esq. or Brandi Leighton-Burger, Esq., at 1581 Main Street, Suite 200, Warrington, PA 18976, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before Thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, otherwise judgment by default will be taken at any time thereafter.
