Please be advised that a Complaint for Interpleader has been filed in the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, against the heirs, personal representatives, or assigns of the Estate of June Clary regarding their rights and interests to surplus proceeds from a foreclosure sale. 2. Diligent efforts have failed to locate and serve Respondents David Knight, Tracy Knight, Terri Porter, Kayla Garcia, and Ricky Harmon. 3. This action has been assigned Case Number 24-C-327 and is pending in the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, with the mailing address of 750 Fifth Avenue Huntington, West Virginia 25701. A copy of the Complaint for Interpleader may be obtained through the referenced Clerk’s Office at the above-listed address. 4. You are hereby required to answer the Complaint for Interpleader within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this notice, which will be published once weekly for three (3) consecutive weeks. The first publication will be on December 19, 2024, and the thirty (30) days for Answer will commence on that date.
