Tariff Form No. 10 (Tariff Rule No. 19-A) CASE NO. 19-1001-S-19A NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO CHANGE RATES On October 8, 2019, Linmont Sanitation Systems, a public utility, filed with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia, an application requesting increased rates and charges for furnishing Sewer Service to 90 customers at Linmont Subdivision, Cabell in the Barboursville, WV, Cabell County. The Staff of the Public Service Commission has reviewed the application and has recommended increased rates and charges designed to produce approximately $14,629 annually in additional revenue, an increase of 58.16%.
