PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF WEST VIRGINIA CHARLESTON CASE NO. 24-0678-G-D HOPE GAS, INC. Application to change depreciation rates. NOTICE OF HEARING On August 7, 2024, Hope Gas, Inc. (Hope) filed an application to change depreciation rates (Application) pursuant to Rule 20 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure (Procedural Rules), 150 C.S.R. 1 and its general ratemaking authority under W. Va. Code 24-2-3. The Commission set a procedural schedule, including a hearing on the Application that will begin at 9:30 a.m. on March 26, 2025, in the Howard M. Cunningham Hearing Room at the Commission’s offices at 201 Brooks Street, Charleston, West Virginia. The hearing set by the Commission’s September 27, 2024, Procedural Order was cancelled. Anyone desiring to intervene should file a written petition to intervene within 30 days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. All requests to intervene should briefly state the reason for the request to intervene and comply with the rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Procedural Rules. The Commission will receive public comments until the beginning of the hearing.
