SCHOLL 1915 WIGMORE STREET JACKSONVILLE, FL 32206 Location: MARMET, KANAWHA COUNTY Latitude: 38:15:35 Longitude: 81:34:52 Receiving Stream: Rush Ck/Kanawha Rv Activity: Construction activities will include excavation and grading to construct a private landowner access road. The final stabilization of the access road surface will be grass. Business conducted: The limit of disturbance (LOD) for the project is 17.64 acres. Material from the cut will be used to improve the existing road. A waste area is also located to the west. Implementation: N/A On the basis of review of the application the “Water Pollution Control Act (Chapter 22, Article 11-8(a)),” and the “West Virginia Legislative Rules,” the State of West Virginia will act on the above application. Any interested person may submit written comments on the site registration permit application and may request a public hearing by addressing such to the Director of the Division of Water and Waste Management within 30 days of the date of the public notice. Comments received within this period will be considered prior to acting on the permit application. The Director shall hold a public hearing whenever a finding is made, on the basis of requests, that there is a significant degree of public interest on issues relevant to the site registration permit application and this facility’s coverage under the General Permit.
