A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Thursday January 9th, 2025 at 10:00 AM local time at the Municipal Garage & Public Works Complex (800 Virginia Avenue Huntington WV). All questions shall be submitted through Bidexpress.com and must be submitted by 2:00 pm local time on Tuesday January 14th, 2025.
