Industry: Huntington Alloy Corporation (Special Metals) Address: 3200 Riverside Drive, Huntington WV 25705 Violation: Meeting the criteria for Significant noncompliance for the Mercury mass daily (local) limit in the SNC Period (Jan 1 to June 30) at Monitoring Point 002. Action Taken: Huntington Alloy Corp was issued Notice of Violation for the Mercury daily mass limit requiring resampling and a plan of corrective action. Huntington Alloy Corp was issued a penalty of $2000. Industry: Valicor Environmental Services LLC Address: 515 8th Avenue West, Bay 100, Huntington WV 25701 Violation: Meeting the criteria for Significant noncompliance for the bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate daily concentration limit (categorical) in the first SNC Period (Jan 1 – June 30) at Monitoring Point 001. Action Taken: Valicor Environmental LLC was issued a Notice of Violation for the daily limit requiring resampling and a plan of corrective action. Valicor was also issued a penalty of $2000.
