NOTICE OF (A) SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE UNDER A DEED OF TRUST AND (B) SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY SITUATE AT REAL ESTATE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of the following: (1) Deed of Trust, Assignment of Rents and Security Agreement dated January 23, 2017, made by GL Equities, LLC to Flynn, Max, Miller & Miller, L.C., Trustee, for the benefit of Community Trust Bank, Inc., which deed of trust is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Putnam County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 1151, at Page 912, Christopher J. Plybon having been appointed as Successor Trustee by Notice of Substitution of Trustee Under Deed of Trust recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Book 1376, at Page 282.
