DOB: 11/24/2010 CC-03-2024-JA-59 Adult Respondents: Justin Knipp ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this proceeding is to determine whether or not the above-listed child is abused or neglected. It appears that the respondent father, Justin Knipp’s whereabouts are unknown. Notice is hereby given that an adjudication hearing in the above-styled matter will take place in the Circuit Court of Boone County on the 10th day of February 2025, at 10:30 AM, before Judge Stacy Nowicki-Eldridge at the Boone County Courthouse, located at 200 State Street in Madison, West Virginia. These proceedings are closed to the general public. Justin Knipp, father of B.K. (DOB 8/13/2017), Z.K. (DOB 6/12/2015), and O.K. (DOB: 11/24/2010), has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if they cannot afford legal representation, counsel will be appointed by the Court on the filing of the proper affidavit. The mother of the minor children, B.K. and Z.K., is Samantha Hunter. The mother of the minor child, O.K. is Ragan Hall. The above-styled proceedings may, upon final disposition, result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of Justin Knipp, father of B.K. (DOB 8/13/2017), Z.K. (DOB 6/12/2015), and O.K. (DOB: 11/24/2010), with respect to the said children.
