ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS The City of Montgomery is accepting sealed bids on trimming trees within Montgomery City limits. All contractors must be licensed through the State of WV and the City of Montgomery and must show proof of liability insurance and workers’ comp insurance. There will be a pre bid meeting on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 9:30 am at Montgomery City Hall for a site visit. There are approximately 40 trees along Route 61 and 3rd Avenue that will need to be trimmed. There are two alternative bids that will also be discussed during the site visit. All bids must be sealed and received at 321 4th Avenue, Montgomery WV, 25136 by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. Bids will be opened at 6:00 pm on February 4, 2025.
