It is ordered that Defendants DEBBIE SMITH, a/k/a Deborah L. Joyce, a/k/a Deborah L. Smith, Individually and As Operating Partner for Gen J’s; GEN J’S, LLC; CARNIVAL EATS, LLC, do serve upon Plaintiff, Jacob Skinner any defense they have to the Complaint filed in this action on or before February 11, 2025. If they fail to do so, upon proper Hearing and Trial, judgment may be taken against them for relief demanded in the Complaint.
