NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, WV Trustee Services, LLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated August 26, 2005, executed by Borrower(s), Patsy K Kirk, to James T. Cooper, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Book 3278, at Page 618. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 4050 Sq Ft Lt Morris, East Bank, WV 25067. WV Trustee Services, LLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated September 6, 2017, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 4267, Page 520. E. 50 feet to a stake, the same a corner to Lot No. 5, said stake stands 35 feet from the center of the tract of the said railroad, thence with a line of said Lot No, 5, S. 6 deg. E. 100 feet to a stake, the same being a corner of said Lot No. 5, S. 82 1/4 deg. W. 97 feet to a stake in line of the street and thence, N. 8 1/4 deg. W. 33 feet to a stake, thence N. 82 deg.
