The project includes: Laying an 8-inch-thick bed of WVDOH Class 1 Aggregate as the base. Installing woven geotextile fabric for stability and drainage. Installing a 7-foot-tall chain link fence with black/brown privacy slats, including a 24-foot swing gate for vehicle access. Interested contractors must be licensed and insured in West Virginia and comply with all applicable regulations. Bidders must submit a detailed cost estimate, timeline, and references.
