CITY OF SOUTH CHARLESTON MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Municipal Planning Commission for the City of South Charleston will hold a public hearing in Council Chambers, City Hall, 401 D Street, South Charleston, WV 25303 on Wednesday February 12, 2025 at 7:00 pm for the consideration of a request from The City of South Charleston for revocation of the Conditional Use Permit issued to Exclusive Access. LLC, 600 1/2 Short Street, South Charleston, WV 25303 to operate a WVABCC Private Club and WV Lottery Limited Video Lottery Establishment. The reason for the request to revoke the Conditional Use Permit is violations of the conditions of the permit which caused a danger to public safety. Currently the location is zoned C-6.
