REQUEST FOR BIDS WV Community and Technical College System invites proposals to provide all Work including, but not limited to, labor, material, equipment supplies and transportation for: RFB 25239 New River Community and Technical College Hangar Renovation and Addition Scope of work under Base Bid consists of exterior and interior renovation to an existing airplane hangar at Raleigh County Memorial Airport in Beckly, WV and a new one-story addition with classrooms and restrooms to the existing hangar. Bids must be submitted in accordance with Bidding Documents issued by the Architect and on the Form of Proposal provided. Bidding Documents may be obtained from: Omni Associates- Architects-Inc.
