ORDER OF PUBLICATION NOTICE is hereby given that on the 7th day of February, 2025, a petition was filed by Christopher Thomas Artrip in the Circuit Court of Wayne County, West Virginia styled the Petition for Declaratory Judgment Quieting Title in Manufactured Home and Releasing Lien, Wayne County Civil Action No: 25-P-11, requesting an Order of the Court so granting relief requested in said Petition. Notice is hereby given to any Unknown Successor to Origen Financial LLC that if said Unknown Successor objects to the granting of said Petition said Unknown Successor or its legal representative may do so by filing an Answer or other responsive pleading in writing with the clerk in the above-styled manner. You are further advised that the Plaintiff’s attorney is Juston H. Moore, Esq., at P.O. Box 278, 209 South Court Street, Wayne, West Virginia 25570. You are further advised that you must file an Answer or other responsive pleading with the Wayne County Circuit Clerk at 700 Hendricks Street, Wayne, West Virginia 25570 within 30 days of the date of first publication of this notice. You are further advised that if an Answer or responsive pleading is not made by you by the date set above, thereafter default judgement upon proper hearing may be taken against you for the relief demanded in said Petition. An original and copies of the Petition has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Wayne County, West Virginia, at the Wayne County Courthouse, 700 Hendricks Street, Wayne, West Virginia 25570. You may obtain a copy of said document there. This publication shall be published in the Herald Dispatch as a Class II legal advertisement (published once a week for two consecutive weeks).
