AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Innovative Water Care, LLC Tableting and Packaging has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit (After-The-Fact) for a tableting and packaging process located on 3100 MacCorkle Avenue, SW Building 311, South Charleston, WV in Kanawha County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: (38 21’40″N, 81 42’04″W) The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: particulate matter (PM) at a rate of 0.779 pounds of emissions per hour (lbs/hr), PM of 10 microns in size (PM10) at a rate of 0.523 lbs/hr, PM of 2.5 microns in size (PM2.5) at a rate of 0.058 lbs/hr, and chlorine at a rate of 0.427 lbs/hr. Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 15th day of September, 1997. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
