BEFORE THE UNSAFE BUILDINGS COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON, CABELL AND WAYNE COUNTIES, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: AMANDA D. MCMULLEN 106 PETTYVILLE ROAD MINERAL WELLS, WEST VIRGINIA 26150 PROPERTY: 2202 8TH AVENUE HUNTINGTON, WEST VIRGINIA ORDER OF CONTINUANCE On Thursday, the 9th day of January, 2025, the Unsafe Buildings Commission of the City of Huntington came on for hearing as provided by Article 1739 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Huntington, as revised. After discussion upon the matter, the Commission agreed that the matter of the structure located at 2202 8TH AVENUE, within the City of Huntington, be continued and placed upon the Agenda of the March 13, 2025 meeting of the Unsafe Buildings Commission. Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that pursuant to Article 1739 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Huntington, as revised, that the matter of the structure located at 2208 8TH AVENUE, and owned by AMANDA S. MCMULLEN will come on for hearing on Thursday, the 13th day of MARCH, 2025 at 10:00 o’clock a.m., in the city County Chambers, located inside City Hall, 800 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701, at which time the property owners may be present to protect their investment,if they so desire.
