Request for Qualifications #2025-03-04 Pavement Resurfacing Program Services The City of Huntington (City) is seeking a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ’s) from qualified firms to provide engineering and analysis services for the resurfacing of City streets. The City anticipates a one (1) year contract with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year terms for these services. Selection shall be based on West Virginia Code 5G et al.
