SOLICITATION OF INTEREST The State of West Virginia is soliciting responses from parties interested in providing, on a lease basis, a combination of office space, conference rooms, and storage space, consisting of a total of approximately 10,000 to 12,000 square feet, more or less, together with approximately 40 parking spaces near public transportation and in a highly visible area within the greater Charleston and surrounding areas. The building and parking lot must be ADA compliant and must meet all applicable federal, state and local codes, standards and ordinances. This is only a solicitation of interest.
