PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE South Charleston Housings’ Annual & 5-Year PHA Plans & the 2025 Capital Fund Grant Program South Charleston Housing Authority will host a public hearing on April 25, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Community Building located at 510 Greenway Avenue, South Charleston, WV 25309 to discuss the PHA Annual & Five-Year Plans. The PHA Plan is a comprehensive guide to PHA policies, programs and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals. The Five-Year Plan includes the mission, goals and objectives of the housing authority and is available for public review at the main office located at 520 Goshorn Street, South Charleston, WV 25309 during normal business hours. The Capital Fund Grant Program provides funding annually to Public Housing Agencies for thedevelopment, financing and modernization of public housing developments and for management improvements.
