INVITATION FOR BIDS CHARLESTON- KANAWHA HOUSING Contract 1 Soil Stack Replacement Lee Terrace Contract 2 Kitchen Replacement Lee Terrace Contract 24-06 CHARLESTON-KANAWHA HOUSING, Charleston, West Virginia will receive sealed bids for its SOIL STACK and KITCHEN REPLACEMENT PROJECT AT LEE TERRACE until 2:00 PM EST, April 17, 2025, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work consists of but is not limited to the replacement of existing soil stack and all associated work for a complete project. Contractors shall have 5 years minimum experience in the work being performed.
