EXPRESSION OF INTEREST For ARCHITECTURAL / ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR A Safe Schools Entrance at Moorefield Middle School, Moorefield, WV and Door Upgrades at East Hardy Elementary School, Baker, WV. Pursuant to WV Code 5G-1-3, the Hardy County Board of Education is seeking expressions of interest from qualified design professionals to provide Architectural / Engineering Design Services, including design and construction phase administration for both projects. Statements of Qualifications must be received by the Hardy County Board of Education (via hard copy submission), addressed to the attention of Dr. Sheena Van Meter, Superintendent, at 510 Ashby St., Moorefield, WV 25302, no later than 2:00 PM local prevailing time on April 18, 2025. A selection team will evaluate the Statements of Qualifications and will conduct discussions with at least three (3) of the professional firms submitting these statements deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the required services, rank such firms in order of preference, and submit the rankings to the Hardy County Board of Education for approval.
