WV, SCALE 1″ = 50′”, which said map or plat is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia in Deed Book 2576, at Page 549, and which said Parcel “A” is more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at a 2″ iron pipe (found) in conc. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 4602 Victoria Road, Charleston, WV 25313. AND BEING the same real estate which was conveyed to Debra Elaine Nash, by Deed dated March 24, 2023, from Sunshine State Investment Group, LLC, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 3176, at Page 233. The above-described property will be sold subject to any covenants, restrictions, easements, leases and conditions of record, and subject to any unpaid real estate taxes.
