UNITED TECHNICAL CENTER CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA INVITATION TO BID For the 2024 Renovations Sealed bids for the proposed United Technical Center 2024 Renovations at UTC, will be received by United Technical Center, Attention: Matthew Call, 251 Marietta Street, Clarksburg, West Virginia, 26301 by 1:30pm L.P.T., on April 16, 2025, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by Omni Associates – Architects which will be available as of March 19, 2025. The project will be bid under a Single Prime Contract. The project consists of the following: Project consists of a new fire suppression system, new and upgraded fire alarm system, and shop wing sink replacement. The project will include some site work to accommodate new location of fire suppression lines.
