A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in the Princeton Middle School Cafeteria, 300 N Johnston Street, Princeton, WV 24740. Other requirements are detailed in the bid package. Bids will be opened and read aloud on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., conference room, Mercer County Board of Education, 1403 Honaker Avenue, Princeton, WV 24740. The Mercer County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in proposal responses.
