Specifications can be obtained through the Village Recorder’s office, M-F 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. on and after February 11. Bids must be received in our office in a sealed envelope marked Lawn Care Bid 2020 no later than Friday February 28, 2020 at 11 a.m., bid opening will immediately follow at 11:15 a.m. The Village of Barboursville reserves the right to accept or reject any and or all bids.
