The Putnam County Solid Waste Authority will hold a public hearing concerning the five-year update of the Comprehensive Litter and Solid Waste Control Plan. The hearing will take place at the Putnam County Solid Waste Authority Office, located at 3232 Winfield Road, Winfield, WV, on March 25, 2020, at 3 p.m., during which time public comments will be heard. The plan may be reviewed at the Putnam County Library, Putnam County Clerk’s Office, and the Region 3 Regional Planning & Development Office.
