NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE and Notice of the Beneficiary/Servicer’s election to sell property is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Trustee by that Deed of Trust dated December 11, 2009, executed by Grandview Properties, LLC to Metz Law Office, PLLC, Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Book 3697, at Page 547, and by that Deed of Trust dated June 1, 2010, executed by Grandview Properties, LLC to Metz Law Office, PLLC, Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Book 3725, at Page 955. Bailey & Slotnick, PLLC was appointed as Trustee under both Deeds of Trust by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated February 4, 2025, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 4732 at Page 184. The borrower defaulted under the Notes and Deeds of Trust and the Trustee has been instructed to foreclose under the Deeds of Trust. No. 395″, said map is attached to and made a part of that certain deed of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 1801, at page 661. Map No.: 22 Parcel Nos.: 157 6001 & 157 6002 Being the same property conveyed unto Grandview Properties, LLC, a West Virginia limited liability company from City National Bank of West Virginia by deed dated May 26, 2009, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 2746, at Page 658. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have an address of: 530 Wyoming Street, Charleston, WV 25302.
