NOTICE Internet service providers (ISPs) are invited to inquire about making proposals to lease middle mile broadband facilities from Appalachian Power Company (APCo) in Logan and Mingo Counties. Requests to review the complete Request for Proposal (RFP) may be made to APCo at [email protected], by February 14, 2020. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 17, 2020. APCo reserves the right to pre-qualify ISPs before providing the complete RFP. Lessees are expected to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding regarding service extension and terms of service with the Logan and Mingo County Commissions. Lease terms and conditions are subject to review and approval by the West Virginia Broadband Enhancement Council. Responses to the RFP are due by March 11, 2020. LC-87953 02-08;2020
