IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF KANAWHA COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA Credit Acceptance Corporation Plaintiff, vs. Aleea W. Kelly and Teric M. Kelly Defendants Judge ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action in an action in which the Plaintiff alleges that the Defendants are indebted to the Plaintiff pursuant to certain contracts related to Retail Installment Contrat and in which the Plaintiff seeks monetary damages. And is appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that, despite due diligence, the whereabouts of the Defendants, Aleea W. Kelly and Teric M. Kelly, cannot be ascertained by the Plaintiff in order to effect personal service upon them, the sheriff of the county being unable to serve the Defendants after two attempts. It is hereby ORDERED that Aleea W. Kelly and Teric M. Kelly do serve upon the Kanawha Circuit Court , Kanawha County Judicial Building PO Box 2351, 111 Court Street Charleston, WV 25301 and Plaintiff’s Counsel, Riley Rodgers, whose address is 1100 Superior Ave East, Suite 1100 Cleveland, Ohio 44114, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before May 7, 2025, or otherwise Judgment by Default will be rendered against the said Defendants at any time thereafter.
