NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by EMILY H. SHARP to KERRY E. ADKINS AND MICHAEL STEPHENS, JR., dated the 19TH day of JUNE, 2017, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 787, at page 938, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said KERRY E. ADKINS AND MICHAEL STEPHENS, JR., Trustees, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on MARCH 4, 2020 at 10:00 A.M., at the FRONT of the Court House of Wayne County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All those certain lots, pieces, or parcels of land situate in the City of Huntington, Wayne County, West Virginia, known and designated as LOTS NUMBER TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY-THREE (243) AND NUMBER TWO HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR (244), as shown on a Revised Map of Vinson Place, filed on December 3, 1925, in Map Book No. 1, as Map No. 41, in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office. TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of sale, and subject to any and all unpaid taxes and subject to that certain DEED OF TRUST EXECUTED BY EMILY H. SHARP TO KERRY E. ADKINS AND J. MAURICE CLARK, TRUSTEES, DATED JANUARY 28, 2016, AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE COUNTY COMMISSION OF WAYNE COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA, IN TRUST DEED BOOK 771 AT PAGE 477, WHICH SECURES UNTO HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $45,000.00.
