NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY DRAFT REGIONAL MASTER PLAN AND INTEGRATED ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS BURNSVILLE & SUTTON LAKE The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District, hereby informs the public of the release of the 2025 Draft Burnsville & Sutton Lake Regional Master Plan and Integrated Environmental Assessment (hereafter Plan). This draft is the culmination of over two years of dedicated work, during which public opinion was gathered and incorporated early in the process. The purpose of this Plan is to serve as the strategic land use management document, guiding comprehensive management and development of all recreational, natural, and cultural resources throughout the Burnsville & Sutton Lake Project Areas. The draft Regional Master Plan and Integrated Environmental Assessment will be available for a 30-day public comment period beginning on May 1, 2025, and ending on May 31, 2025.
