SOLICITATION OF BIDS The City of Dunbar will be accepting bids for the demolition of two structures located at: 1014 West Virginia Ave. Dunbar WV 103 Roberts Road Dunbar WV Scope of work: Remove all asbestos prior to demolition. This must be done by a licensed asbestos remediation contractor. Demolish and remove the structures, including footers and thoroughly clean the property of all debris. Properly dispose of all removed materials Back fill all excavations to grade. Seed and straw the lot. Asbestos reports will be available from the Building Dept. at 304-766-0217 Winning bidder must have WV Contractor License, Dunbar City Contractor License, one million General Liability policy and they are responsible for B&O taxes. Demolition permits will be issued at no charge. Mail or hand deliver bids to: Building Inspector 210 12th St. Dunbar, WV 25064 All bids must be sealed and have DLAP Demolition written on the envelope Bids must be in hand not later than 12:00 noon May 16, 2025.
