Knight did convey unto Metz Law Firm, Trustee, certain real property described in said Deed of Trust; and the beneficiary has elected to appoint Pill & Pill, PLLC as Substitute Trustee by a Substitution of Trustee recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office; and default having been made under the aforementioned Deed of Trust, and the undersigned Substitute Trustee having been instructed by the secured party to foreclose thereunder, will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Kanawha County Courthouse, in Charleston, West Virginia, on May 22, 2025, at 5:49 PM The following described real estate, with its improvements, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the Charleston SA District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows: A condominium Unit situate in Carlmar Place, a Condominium, in the City of Charleston (Charleston South Annex), Louden District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, as shown and designated on the plat of survey and plans thereof hereinafter mentioned, which said condominium is more particularly described as follows: All of Unit 760, Carlmar Place, a Condominium, as shown and designated on a survey, plat and plans entitled, “Plat and Plans for Carlmar Place a Condominium South Annex in the City of Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia”, made by King Engineering & Surveying Co., dated January 17, 1983, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Photostatic Map Book 37, pages 17, 18, 19, inclusive; together with a fourteen and two hundred eighty-six thousandths percent (14.286%) undivided interest in the common elements which is assigned to said Unit 760 and described in a Declaration executed by Carl E.
