AN INFANT FEMALE, UNDER THE AGE OF TWELVE CIVIL ACTION NO: 50-2020-A-4 NOTICE OF PUBLICATION Notice to any unknown father of the above baby girl, W. T. born on or about 09/25/2018 in Cabell- Huntington Hospital, Huntington, West Virginia. Notice is hereby given that a verified Petition of Adoption was filed in Wayne County Circuit Court on said child on 1/22/20, which will request that the unknown father=s parental rights be terminated. You are notified your rights may be terminated in the proceeding and any such person may appear and defend any such rights within thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice. You are also notified that your parental rights will be likewise simultaneously terminated in Cabell County Abuse Case 18-JA-218. If any such person shall fail to respond within the required time after service, said person may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
