Notice Invitation to Bid The Cabell County Board of Education will be accepting bids for Removal and Replacement of the existing Carpet at Huntington High School, Cabell Midland High School and Spring Hill Elementary with Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) or carpet squares and appropriate Cove Base. It is the bidder’s responsibility to obtain accurate square footage of tile and linear feet of Cove Base needed to complete this job. Pre- bid will be February 26, 2020 at 9 am beginning with Cabell Midland High School 2300 U.S. Route 60, Ona, WV. All individual parties must be present at the pre-bid meeting to be eligible to submit a bid. The scope of the job must be completed by July 31, 2020. Bids are due by 8:50 am on March 9, 2020 with bids being opened at 9:00 am in the Maintenance Department, 2850 5th Avenue, Huntington, WV. All individual parties must be present at bid opening.
