IN THE JUVENILE COURT OF CLAY COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA THAT BEING THE JUVENILE COURT OF SAID COUNTY Case Nos. 24-JA-36-37 IN RE: State v S.Z.D and Z.B. In the matter of S.Z.D and Z.B., and the unknown whereabouts of Craig Allen Beeth, Adult Respondent Father of S.Z.D., and Jonathan Bartsch, Adult Respondent Father of Z.B. ORDER OF PUBLICATION And NOTICE OF ANSWER To: Craig Allen Beeth, and Jonathan Bartsch. (The object of this action is to notify the Adult Respondents of an abuse and neglect petition herein filed so that said Adult Respondents may answer the same to protect their interest). You are hereby notified that an abuse and neglect and/or abandonment petition has been filed with the Circuit Court of Clay County, West Virginia, on the 14th day of November 2024, and assigned Case Numbers 24-JA-36-37, wherein it is alleged that the Adult Respondent Mother of the Infant Respondents S.Z.D.(DOB: 10.31.11), and Z.B. (DOB: 12.13.13), is Tiffany Bevill, and that said Infant Respondents be placed in the custody of the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, with said Infant Respondents remaining in the care, custody and control of the said Department since that time in accordance with WV Code 49-6-3. You are hereby notified that you have the right to answer said petition and you have the right to have counsel present at all stages of these proceedings and ALL PROCEEDINGS CAN RESULT IN THE PERMANENT TERMINATION OF CUSTODIAL AND PARENTAL RIGHTS TO SAID INFANT CHILD. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the Adult Respondents, Craig A. Beeth, and Jonathan Bartsch, shall appear before the Honorable Judge Morton on the 2nd day of June 2025, at 3:30 p.m., at the Clay County Courthouse, 246 Main Street, Clay, West Virginia, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter, and termination of your custodial and parental rights may be ordered by the Court.
