REQUESTING SEALED BID The Tucker County Solid Waste Authority is requesting sealed bids for the following: Track Mounted Double Deck Scalping Screen Newer than 2010 and less than 6000 hours Price must include the following: Hopper Capacity: 7.5 yards or larger, Excavator, Loader, Crusher or Conveyor Fed Screen deck size 5’x12′ or larger Three On-Board Product Stacking Conveyors with variable speed and minimum 11′ stacking heights Top Deck: 1st panel 3/8″ Thick Punch Plate with 1 1/2″ Hex openings and one additional 3/8″ thick punch plate with 2″ hex openings. Remaining Panels Screen Cloth with 1 1/2″ square openings Bottom Deck: 3/8″ square openings Equipment must be delivered to the following address at no extra charge. The Tucker County Solid Waste Authority, 284 Landfill Rd, Davis WV 26260 Bids are due on 6-2-25 by noon Bids can be mailed to Tucker County Solid Waste Authority P O Box 445 Davis, WV 26260 or delivered to the office located at 284 Landfill Rd, Davis, WV 26260. Bids cannot be emailed. Purchase will not be made until a representative from the Tucker County Solid Waste Authority has conducted an on-site inspection of the equipment specified in bid. All components must be in good working condition. If, upon inspection, the equipment is not in satisfactory condition or does not meet the bid requirements, the Tucker County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to refuse to purchase.
