It is appearing that the whereabouts of the Father, Mitchell Taylor, is unknown to the Petitioner, but his last known whereabouts was at 6420 McCorkle Avenue, St. Albans, West Virginia 25177. It appearing to the Court that the Respondent is a proper subject for Adoption, it is therefore ORDERED and DECREED that the matter shall be brought for hearing before the Honorable Jay Hoke, of the Circuit Court of Lincoln County, Lincoln County Courthouse, 800 Court Avenue, Hamlin, West Virginia 25523 at 3:00pm, or as soon thereafter as may be heard on the 5th day of June, 2025, at which time the Respondent and any witnesses shall be examined under oath.
