And it appearing by that the identity and whereabouts of Defendant, Mark Shane Lively, is unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Defendant serve upon Plaintiffs attorney Lakyn D. Cecil, of the law firm of Samuel I. White, P.C., whose mailing address is 5000 Coombs Farm Drive, Suite 104, Morgantown, WV 26508, an Answer or any defense to the Petition for Judicial Foreclosure Sale And Appointment Of Special Commissioner filed in this action, within thirty (30) days of entry of this Order; otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Defendant at any time thereafter. A copy of the Complaint in this action may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s office.
