LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF CHARLESTON PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at the regular meeting of the Charleston City Council, on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, 3rd Floor, City Hall, Charleston, West Virginia, on a proposed lease of City property, specifically conduit, located within the public right of way approximately from 301 Virginia Street East to Kanawha Boulevard to California Avenue to the corner of Washington Street and California Avenue and from 501 Virginia Street East to 114 Dickinson Street, to Alpha Technologies Inc., for fiber optic cabling. Interested parties may appear at the Public Hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed conduit lease agreement.
