No.: WV0024708 Applicant: CHESAPEAKE, TOWN OF 12404 MACCORKLE AVE CHESAPEAKE, WV 25315 Location: CHESAPEAKE, KANAWHA COUNTY Latitude: 38:14:20 Longitude: 81:33:35 Receiving Stream: N/A Activity: To operate and maintain a wastewater collection system serving approximately 1,600 persons or equivalents in the City of Chesapeake and to convey wastewater to the City of Marmet’s wastewater treatment plant for final treatment and ultimate discharge to Lens Creek of the Kanawha River.
