No.: WV0117498 Applicant: WASTE MANAGEMENT OF WEST VIRGINIA, INC. 7 SPRING STREET CHARLESTON, WV 25302 Location: CHARLESTON, KANAWHA COUNTY Latitude: 38:21:32 Longitude: 81:37:42 Receiving Stream: ELK RIVER Activity: To operate and maintain a disposal system and best management practices for the direct discharge of treated storm water runoff via Outlet 001 into the Elk River, a tributary of the Kanawha River. Also to acquire, construct, install, operate and maintain a StormSafe Filter Cartridge Vault System to enhance treatment of the discharge from Outlet 001.
