Legal Notice Public Auction The Lincoln County Board of Education will hold a public auction on surplus equipment. Successful bidder assumes all liability for hazards associated with the equipment. Auction will be held May 31, 2019 10:00 a.m. in the Location graveled parking lot rear of Board Office, 10 Marland Ave. Hamlin, WV. 25523 The Lincoln County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The sale of school property shall be in accordance to West Virginia Code 18-5-7.All sales are final must be removed day of sale. Voice bids will be taken on all property and equipment with written confirmation.
