And it appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the Respondent, Shane Donavan Hartwell, whose residency is unknown to the Petitioner, Tasha Lynn (Adkins) Hartwell and her Guardian Ad Liem, it is hereby ordered that the Respondent, serve upon the Petitioner, in c/o D. Scott Bellomy, Esq., the Petitioner’s Guardian Ad Litem, whose address is 741 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701, an Answer to the Petition for Divorce, including any counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before July 18, 2025. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. Further, a hearing is scheduled before the Honorable Judge Sean Maynard on the 4th day of August 2025 at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible at the Wayne County Family Courthouse, Wayne, W.V.
