DOB: 7/13/2019 Adult Respondents: Halie Eplin ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this proceeding is to determine whether or not the above-listed children are abused or neglected. It appears that the respondent mother, Halie Eplin’s whereabouts are unknown in Lincoln County. Notice is hereby given that an adjudication hearing in the above-styled matter will take place in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County on the 2nd day of July 2025, at 2:00 PM, before the Honorable Jay M. Hoke, Circuit Court Judge, at the Lincoln County Courthouse, located at 8000 Court Avenue in Hamlin, West Virginia. These proceedings are closed to the general public. Halie Eplin, respondent mother of W.A. (DOB 7/10/2018), and A.A. (DOB: 7/13/2019), has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, counsel will be appointed by the Court on the filing of the proper affidavit. The above-styled proceedings may, upon final disposition, result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the respondent mother, Halie Eplin, with respect to the said children.
